We are privileged to have been in a choice location on the sunny side of Grand Lake’s Boardwalk since April of 1992. Our full color Wish Books are updated regularly and distributed widely. New properties are advertised right away and correct prices appear; glossy color brochures are picked up every day from the welcome box in front of our office. Prospects walk through our door year round and say,

As members of the Denver MLS, our marketing reaches agents and prospects along the Front Range, from Fort Collins to Colorado Springs. When we input properties into that system, they immediately appear on other websites including recolorado.com, realtor.com, Zillow, and Redfin. Many prospects and agents have signed up to get notifications, so as soon as we activate your property, they all get emails or texts letting them know that a new property is available in Grand Lake.
We are contacted every week by agents in Denver, wanting to show our properties. We make it easy for them, providing maps and full email presentations which answer all of their questions. We think of them and the agents throughout Grand County as our “Agents at Large” who sell our listings without us having to provide desk space for them!
