Directions:
Four miles south of Grand Lake, just past the Shores of Shadow Mountain, turn east towards Lake Granby onto the north end of paved Road 64. Within a couple of hundred feet, cross the popular fishing canal and enter the private gates of Mountain Shadow Estates. Follow the first left when the road forks in 1/3 mile or so, pass a lovely home at #211 on your left which is also on a large acreage, about the same distance. This property begins on the far side of their driveway.
