Three miles north of Grand Lake and about 13 miles north of Granby, turn west onto Road 46, going up hill away from the lakes.
Take the first right onto a privately maintained road which is just a block long. This cabin is next to the end, on your right.

Nightly rentals are not illegal, yet the sellers, who live next door, hope that you will not rent it out... They cherish the peace and quiet of this area.

This cabin is a fixer upper. The floors slope; that gives it character! You will need to add appliances and you will probably choose to renovate the
kitchen and bath as time and money permit. You will walk through one bedroom to get to one other. That is the reason we describe it as a 2-3 bedroom.
Our local Grand Mountain Bank will likely be able to help if you need a loan. "Big lenders" who sell the loans they make sometimes have issues
loaning on unique properties such as cabins with sloping floors and "personality".

Across the highway just a few blocks away are
the Pine Beach recreation area - wooded acreage with picnic tables where the Colorado River spills out into Shadow Mountain Lake and
National Forest lands which lead down paved Road 66 to a great boat launch and Colorado River trails.

Adorable and affordable, this could be a stepping stone to get you up here, enjoying the Grand Lake area year round.
One day, you might buy or build a larger place and keep this for guests.
