Please honor the sellers' request by putting this in your purchase contract under Section 30/  Additional Provisions:
Upon closing, the Seller shall have the right to rent the home at 210 County Rd. 691, Grand Lake, CO, up to four nights per year for five years from the date of closing.  The dates available for Seller to rent must include July 4th each year unless the Buyer is using the home for their personal use. In that event, the Seller shall have the right to rent the home for up to four nights starting either seven days before or ending seven days after July 4, at the Seller's discretion.  Seller shall pay the buyer $2,000 per night and will provide the Buyer the exact dates no later than eleven months in advance.  For each stay, check-in shall be at 2:00 pm on the first day and check-out at 12:00 noon on the final day.  This Seller's Right to Rent along with its stated terms shall remain enforceable to any new buyer if the Buyer sells prior to the aforementioned five years.
