Directions: About 10 miles north of Granby, following Highway 34, turn west on County Road 41 just north of the 8 mile marker and a few hundred feet before Stillwater Campground & Boat Launch on your right.  Go up County Road 41 for almost 5 miles, and take the right fork on County Rd. 412.  Stay right at the next intersection.  The property is on your right side, just about a mile up past that fork in the road.
