Colorado River
The location is private, on over half an acre and set back from the road on a beautiful stretch of the North Fork of the Colorado River. In the spring, the river rushes as the snowmelt comes down it. By June, some of the river water is diverted out to irrigate ranchland downstream, so the water level drops for a while. When the diversion ends mid-July, the flow is more calm and soothing. You have an easement to walk along a 15 foot wide easement along the river.
Whether you are looking for a special mountain getaway, a place to gather or a year-round riverfront home, this is it !
