Columbine Lake Country Club
1. Four Lake accesses! The closest is across from the clubhouse, a few blocks walk from your cabin. Launch your paddleboard, canoe, kayak or rowboat, which you can leave at the shore all summer long... just no gasoline engines, please. Sit by the lake to fish or read a book. Enjoy a picnic. This private natural freshwater lake - about 40 acres in size - is for Columbine Lake owners only. The association keeps it stocked with trout; limit to keep is 3 per day.
2. Clubhouse with indoor heated pool, waterfall hot tub, sauna and party/game room is supervised during all open hours. Put a pizza in the oven and go swimming; it will be done by the time you get out of the pool. You can walk up to the large gazebo with grills and picnic tables above the clubhouse to enjoy it, if you would like.
3. Association fee is just $185 per month, since you own 2 lots. This includes maintenance and plowing of the private roads, stocking the lake, access to trash removal, and to the clubhouse... Special community events are scheduled all year long; participate if you feel like it.
