Directions: Five miles south of Grand Lake on Highway 34, turn left/west onto County Road 4 which is just north of the mile marker 9.  Look at your odometer. About 100 feet before the 2 mile marker/ just before the National Forest, take a left onto County Road 451 and then an immediate left onto County Road 452.  Follow the road to the right around the bend, and the home will be about 900 feet ahead on the right side, at the point where the road swings to the left.
