A public boat launch on Lake Granby is just over a mile to the north. Access to National Forest for fishing, launching a canoe or kayak, paddleboarding, access to snowmobiling, etc. is just a couple of blocks to the south.  You are ten minutes from the Town of Grand Lake for beach fun, restaurants, shopping, live theater, and the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Directions:
Seven miles down Highway 34 from Grand Lake, just south of Highland Marina, turn towards the lake onto Road 640;  this is about the last home on your left before the road turns right and left.

Coming from Granby, Road 640 is 9 or 10 miles north after you turn off Highway 40 onto 34. Slow down as you pass the Indian Peaks Marina that looks like a ship. In almost a half mile, take the second right, onto Road 640. You have arrived; see our green For Sale sign.  This Space 41 is about the last one on the left on Road 640 before you turn right or left onto the circle.
