Columbine Lake: 

Association fee is $83 per month. This includes maintenance and plowing of the private roads, stocking the lake with trout, trash removal, access to the clubhouse with indoor pool, hot tub and sauna which is open and staffed year round. Special community events are scheduled all year long! Columbine Lake has a 1% transfer fee to be paid by the purchaser.  More information is available here.

Nightly rentals are permitted once you have owned your property for 3 years. Until that time, rentals must be 30 days or longer. Renters are not permitted access to the community amenities. 

Inclusions & exclusions: Cabin is turnkey and move in ready! All furnishings and finishes have been barely used. Bring your personal items and enjoy it right away! Three wildlife photos in the kitchen are excluded. Everything else is included as a convenience to the buyer!
