Directions: 5 miles south of Grand Lake (11 miles north of Granby), turn west onto Road 4 at the Highway 34 Storage Units. Look at your odometer and go about 1.5 miles. As you cross an irrigation ditch (which happens to be a lovely stream you will see during June and early July), you will see a red and white boat on your left next to our green "for sale" sign. You have arrived!

If you stay on Road 4, a half mile ahead of you are thousands of acres of National Forest lands to explore.
