To continue renting short term, there is a nightly rental license fee to the Town (currently $600 per year) and you will need to collect and pay sales tax.

Association fee for Riverview of $275 per month includes insurance for the building, common area electricity, snow removal, cable and internet and a large reserve fund. You will need to get insurance for your contents and interior hazard and liability. Town water is $50 per month and public sewer is $35 per month. Road to the property is kept open all winter.
To see the lovely setting, drive along past all of Grand Lake's boardwalk shops and take the last left. A couple of hundred feet ahead, you will see a sign for the historic Rapids Restaurant, which was built in the early 1900's; they serve lunch outside by the river all summer long and offer fine evening dining. It is an ideal neighbor. Riverview is the building to the left of the restaurant. This is the lower right hand corner.You have one parking space outside; spaces are not assigned.
