Seven miles south of Grand Lake, just past Highland Marina, turn towards the lake onto Road 640;  this is the second home on your left at Space 17.
Coming from Granby, it is 9 or 10 miles north after you turn off Highway 40 onto 34. Slow down as you pass the Marina that looks like a ship. In a half mile or so, take the second right, onto Road 640. You have arrived - at the second home on your left.

Mobile Home Park Regulations are attached. We will get the latest copy with your name inserted prior to closing. You pay for natural gas, TV and internet and keep your parking area clear.
