2. Next Saturday, May 18th is Town Cleanup Day. You will be able to dispose of metal at Town Hall and even electronics at Heckert/Bingo Pavilion (for a small fee). Free dumpsters will be at Town Hall and the Grand Lake Center.



3. Garden Plants - baby starter plants and flowers, for purchase - in the Community House, Town Square, 12 to 4 on May 18th
This is Pam Coonrod's 36th year of sharing her baby plants with our world!



4.  Comedy Night is Saturday, May 25th at 5:30 and 8 in the Community House in Town Square - direct from ComedyWorks in Denver!
grandartscouncil.com or pick up your tickets at the Re/Max office on main street. A lot of fun for $25.



5.  Memorial Day Parade 10 am on Monday the 27th, along our main street. The Ceremony which follows in Town Park is always meaningful. Join us!


6. Rocky Mountain Repertory Theater season starts on May 31st this year!  Remember, the 3 great shows rotate all summer long so you can often have company visiting for 3 nights & take them to all 3 shows! rockymountainrep.com 970-627-3421.This must be about the 55th year for Live Professional Theater in Grand Lake. We are so fortunate.

Timed Park Reservations will resume May 24, 2023 and are needed to enter the Park at any location between 9 AM and 2 PM.  You may enter the park before 9AM and after 2PM without a reservation-  park pass fees are still applicable.  Reservations through the National Park webiste will open on May 1, 2024.

National Forest maps and annual and lifetime recreation passes that cover fees for National Parks and National Forests can be purchased online through USGS.gov. These passes cover use fees for Arapaho National Recreation Area, or ANRA-only passes can be purchased through recreation.gov. Passholders are still required to make reservations and purchase permits for campgrounds and other sites as necessary on recreation.gov.

Campground reservations are available online six months in advance at recreation.gov, so visitors looking to book for the peak summer season need to start planning now.
