Plan to walk in the last half mile one way. All 5 homes along Road 454 are gone; their solar panels are still standing. There are still trees. The shed is still standing. The ranch below was. burned yet we believe the meadow will be green again come summer.

If you prefer propane heat, just be sure that you have the tank filled in the fall so that you have enough for the winter months; it will be a challenge to get a delivery unless you are keeping the road open each time it snows. With propane, you can even get a propane refrigerator; those are quiet and dependable.  

Sellers love it, yet they plan to move out of state.
